Tactical Reserve League

Overview

At the beginning of the season each player in the Tactical Reserve League has a budget of 100fp, that they may choose to spend, buying reserves to bolster their forces. The competition is currently played over five rounds, each consisting of a Home match and an Away match against other players in the same division. Each player is given 10fp to deploy as a minimum in each match. They may then deploy extra units, taking the fp's out of their TRL Budget.

Points are scored for winning matches, bonus points are available for winning matches against an opponent who has deployed a higher number of fp. There is an end of season bonus for the player in each division who has used the fewest number of fp.

Before each new round begins, it will be possible to see how the other players have deployed their reserves in previous rounds. Until a match is over, a player will not be aware of how many fp their opponent has deployed.
